All delivery dates provided are estimates unless a fixed date for delivery has been expressly agreed upon in writing. We

currently offer shipping within India only.

We charge a flat shipping rate of ₹100 per order, regardless of location within India. This fee is automatically included in

your total payment at checkout.

In the rare event that you do not receive your order within 7-10 working days from the estimated delivery date, please reach out to

us promptly at vaache.2024@gmail.com. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue.

We gladly accept orders through our website and social media channels seven days a week. While delivery timelines may

vary based on the destination, we are committed to swift processing and dispatch upon payment authorization, ensuring

your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time for Domestic Orders: Orders within India are typically delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of

order confirmation. However, delays may occur due to governmental authorities or entities acting on behalf of the

government.

In the rare instance that the delivery period exceeds the stipulated time, the order will be canceled, and the customer will

be promptly notified. Refunds in such cases will be directly credited to the customer’s bank account using the same

payment method employed during the transaction.

At Vaache, we partner with trusted courier agencies to ensure reliable and secure delivery, tailored to the services available

in your city. Please note that deliveries are address-specific, so kindly verify the accuracy of your address while placing the

order to avoid any inconvenience.

Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs when returning items, and these costs are non-refundable. If a

refund is issued, the cost of return shipping and any transaction charges levied by the payment gateway (if applicable) will

be deducted from the refund amount, as per the payment gateway’s terms and conditions.

The time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

If you’re returning higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

for added security. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
